well, this is a start... I didn't really check what you wanted to put on here and where we want to start. Perhaps this is the point of this post then...where shall we start?
I think we can perhaps only comment - I think we begin with the mission statement and I think it should include words like Transparency, Collaboration and high-class research. I think we also have to build in a roll for the research committee - a standing agenda and then other items. Also a review of the role of the research Administrator - everything should be covered in detail. Then suggest a list of specific actions. And also what our five year strategy would look like.
